Royal fans in the Middle East will soon be able to watch the highly talked-about Oprah with Meghan and Harry interview on their TV screens. The rights to the tell-all interview have been secured by the media company OSN to air the televised conversation between Oprah Winfrey and Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, in the Middle East. Feeding the curiosity surrounding the entirety of the conversation, the full interview will be aired on Wednesday, March 17 and Saturday, March 20 on the OSN Woman channel (222).
The conversation was filmed in a picturesque Californian garden which saw Winfrey’s thought-provoking questions, and the couple discussing their decision to step back as senior members of the royal family. Beginning with the Duchess of Sussex, the interview touched upon subjects that have sparked many reactions since. This included allegations of racism, matters of Meghan’s mental health, the British media’s portrayal of Meghan, and Prince Harry’s relationship with his family members, Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles, and Prince William. Meghan also addressed the rumors about her supposed feud with Kate Middleton, giving the world a glimpse of her side of the story. Additionally, the couple revealed that their son, Archie Mountbatten-Windsor was not going to receive a title, and therefore, was not eligible for security. Prince Harry and Meghan went on to reveal that some members of the royal institution expressed “concerns’ raised over Archie’s skin tone.
The two-hour intimate interview which premiered on March 7, will only air in the Middle East region on March 17 (9:00pm GST) and March 20 (10:00pm GST), and will not be available on-demand, so make sure you tune into the couple’s all-telling interview with Winfrey.
