The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced a five-month traffic shift on Al Gondole, Al Samriya, Al Adaid and Al Betra Streets in West Bay Area from tomorrow.

Traffic will be shifted to opposite lanes, and two lanes will become one in each direction. The closure in co-ordination with the General Directorate of Traffic, is part of the implementation of first phase of the upgrading works on some streets in West Bay Area project.

Ashghal will install road signs advising motorists of the traffic change and has urged them to abide by the speed limit, and follow the road signs to ensure safety.
