Qatar Calendar House (QCH) announced yesterday that that Mercury, the smallest planet in the solar system, will be visible in the skies of Qatar and other Arab countries on Thursday, June 12.

Dr Bashir Marzouq, an astronomer at QCH, said that the best time to see the planet will be after sunset. The planet will be visible in Qatari skies for about one hour and 46 minutes.
