The entire festivities will revolve around Indian heritage and culture. Customers will get an opportunity to experience Indian extravaganza. All the Al Meera branches will also bear a touch of Indian heritage with special Indian flavors on display.
Commenting the occasion, Eng. Salah Al-Hammadi, Deputy CEO of Al Meera Consumer Goods Company, said:
“With an aim to offer unique experiences to our valued customers, we have been taking various measures and what better way can there be to showcase the global heritage and their unique cuisines in the form of cultural fests. Buoyed by the tremendous response we received from our previous Turkish festival, this time we have brought the highly patronized Indian cultural heritage for the people of Qatar. India & Qatar trade ties go a long way and we have a greater number of Indian families residing in Qatar for a long time.”
He added, “This festival will once again connect them to their roots and will reflect a strong cultural lineage that it possesses. Such endeavors also help us in understanding peculiarities of various regions, their tastes and help us in bringing to the fore their unique culinary flavors, as all our branches in Qatar would display the rich Indian heritage by way of vibrant colors and their treasured art forms.”
Al Meera plans to have similar other festivals in the coming months.
